I have often been asked with the comment, "Floris, we have something different up, and then we thought of you. Can you help us to ...."

This 'something' has always been very diverse.

I graduated in 1988 as a drama teacher. Later, in addition to many workshops, he also followed a course in applied integral psychology. I fulfilled many creative professions, such as illustrator, DJ, theater maker, event designer, TV commercial maker, actor (in training), social inventor and more. From 2004 I was involved in the establishment of several alternative schools and a festival. I have worked in many European countries, and with all kinds of groups, from top managers to elderly refugees, from students to bankers, from civil society organizations to surgeons and government.

Former clients: Ernst&Young, Deloitte, KPMG, Umana Forma (IT), NHS (UK), Bawag (AT), Edcamp (UA), Bouwfonds, several ministries, De Baak, KLM, Sogeti, Lumage, Knowmads, Municipality of Utrecht, Squarewise, Greenbridges, various colleges and many (open) groups and individuals.

More and more, the relationship between the individual and society is central to my work. What is needed now?
